Warranty & Free Returns
All RIXX products come with 12 months manufacturers warranty against faulty products or damaged products. Get more info on our warrantee policy here.
We are pleased provide free returns on all orders Australia wide.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your RIXX Eyewear product, please return it to us within 60 days of when it was delivered to you. We will gladly provide a refund if the product is in its original packaging and still in ‘as new’ condition.
Please note that for international returns, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.
