Can I Return My Order?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your RIXX Eyewear product, please return it to us within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. We will gladly provide a refund if the product is in its original packaging and still in ‘as new’ condition.
Acceptable returns received after 10 days, but within 30 days, of when it was delivered to you will receive a store credit of equal value to your product.

You must include a note containing your order number, full name and clear written instructions on exchange/credit/refund.
Please be aware the customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if my RIXX Eyewear Product is Damaged?
All RIXX Eyewear products come with a 12-month manufacturer guarantee against faulty manufacture.
Naturally, whilst at RIXX Eyewear we pride ourselves on having the highest standard of durability built in to everything we produce, we cannot reasonably and do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse.
