Can I Return My Order?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your RIXX Eyewear product, please return it to us within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. We will gladly provide a refund if the product is in its original packaging and still in ‘as new’ condition.
Acceptable returns received after 10 days, but within 60 days, of when it was delivered to you will receive a store credit of equal value to your product.
Australian Returns:
We are pleased to announce that we now offer free returns in Australia
To start the return process, please follow the steps inside our returns portal below.

- Provide the requested information
- Use the Auspost Return slip we provide to repackage the item (You can use the RIXX packaging which has a spare tape for returns)

Drop the package off at your nearest Australia Post branch.
US Returns:
All return requests should be submitted through our return portal.
US customers have the option at checkout for our Checkout+ experience. This entitles you to protection on your order from loss, damage, or theft as well as free returns shipping.
Customers who opted out of Checkout+ should still submit their return request through our return portal. However, you are responsible to cover the cost of the return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our portal.
International Returns:
Please note that for returns outside of the AU and US, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.

What if my RIXX Eyewear Product is Damaged?
All RIXX Eyewear products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against faulty products.
Whilst at RIXX Eyewear we pride ourselves on having the highest standard of durability built into everything we produce, we do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse.
