Can I Return My Order?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your RIXX Eyewear product, please return it to us within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. We will gladly provide a refund if the product is in its original packaging and still in ‘as new’ condition.
Acceptable returns received after 10 days, but within 30 days, of when it was delivered to you will receive a store credit of equal value to your product.
We are pleased to announce that we now offer free returns in Australia
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org In your email, include your name, order number, email address, and delivery address. We will send you a return slip via email.
Use the Auspost Return slip we provide to repackage the item (You can use the RIXX packaging which has a spare tape for returns)
Drop the package off at your nearest Australia Post branch.
When returning the product, make sure to include a note containing your order number, full name, and clear written instructions on whether you'd like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
Please note that for international returns, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. If you have any questions or require assistance with an international return, please contact our customer service at email@example.com

What if my RIXX Eyewear Product is Damaged?
All RIXX Eyewear products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against faulty products.
Whilst at RIXX Eyewear we pride ourselves on having the highest standard of durability built into everything we produce, we do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse.
