Can I Return My Order?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your RIXX Eyewear product, please, within 10 days, return the product in its original packaging in ‘as new’ condition and we will gladly refund your purchase. Please be aware the customer is responsible for return shipping.


What if my RIXX Eyewear Product is Damaged?

All RIXX Eyewear products come with a 12-month manufacturer guarantee against faulty manufacture.


Naturally, whilst at RIXX Eyewear we pride ourselves on having the highest standard of durability built in to everything we produce, we cannot reasonably and do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse.
