Promotion Overview
The RIXX Eyewear Black Friday “Scratch & Win” Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by RIXX Eyewear Pty Ltd (ABN 17 612 310 362  ) (“Promoter”). Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is a free giveaway and not a lottery or gambling activity. It is designed purely as a fun promotional reward for customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM (AWST) on 8 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (AWST) on 5 December 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

  • Open to Australian and international customers aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, directors, and immediate family members of RIXX Eyewear are not eligible to claim prizes.

  • The Promotion applies to purchases made through rixxeyewear.com.au during the Promotion Period.

  • This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

  • Each pair of sunglasses purchased during the Promotion Period will include one (1) Scratch & Win card.

  • To win, the participant must scratch the card and reveal three (3) identical winning icons.

  • Only cards showing three identical winning icons are valid for a prize claim.

  • No entry fee or additional purchase is required beyond the qualifying sunglasses order.

Prizes
A total of 192 prizes are available to be won:
1 x Revel Sauna valued at $7,000
1 x Apple AirPods Pro valued at $400
1 x July Suitcase valued at $475
20 x Free RIXX Sunglasses valued up to $260 each
20 x Order Refunds (equal to original order value excluding shipping)
50 x Free RIXX Hats valued at $69 each
100 x $100 RIXX Vouchers

Total prize pool value: approximately $20,000 AUD.

Prize Conditions

  • All prize claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To claim, winners must email info@rixxeyewear.com.au with a clear photo of their winning card, full name, order number, and proof of purchase.

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.

  • Scratch cards must be original and undamaged to be valid.

  • RIXX Eyewear reserves the right to verify any claim and may request proof of purchase and identification.

  • Only one prize can be claimed per winning card.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

  • Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.

Order Refund Prize

  • Winners of an “Order Refund” will receive a refund equal to the original order value (excluding shipping).

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Voucher Prize

  • RIXX Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issue date.

  • Vouchers are redeemable online only at rixxeyewear.com.au and must be used in a single transaction.

Prize Availability

  • The number of prizes available for each category is strictly limited to the quantities listed above.

  • Once all prizes of a particular type have been claimed, no further prizes will be issued.

  • Some Scratch & Win cards were created for promotional purposes and may display winning icons after all prizes in that category have already been claimed. In such cases, the Promoter is not obligated to issue additional prizes.

General Conditions

  • This Promotion is not a lottery, sweepstake, or gambling activity. It is a promotional giveaway designed to reward customers through chance-based fun.

  • RIXX Eyewear is not responsible for any printing errors, lost or damaged mail, or technical issues beyond its control.

  • The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • By participating, entrants consent to their name, image, and/or content being used for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  • Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, RIXX Eyewear will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participating in this Promotion or using a prize.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable for any reason.
