RIXX Eyewear – Refund Giveaway Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion is valid for orders placed via www.rixxeyewear.com between:
12:00am AWST Thursday, 18 June 2026 and 11:59pm AWST Wednesday, 1st of July 2026.

During the promotional period, a minimum of 10 and up to a maximum of 20 orders will be randomly selected to receive a full refund.
Each eligible order automatically receives one (1) entry into the promotion.
Multiple orders will be counted as separate entries.
Winners will be selected at random after the promotional period ends.
If selected, you will be notified via phone call and/or email.
Your original payment method will be refunded in full.
Winners will still receive and keep their order at no cost.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of RIXX Eyewear and their immediate families are ineligible.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms will be deemed invalid.

If selected as a refund winner, your notification (including phone call) may be recorded and used for promotional purposes, including social media, email, website, and advertising content.
By accepting the refund, you grant RIXX Eyewear the right to use your name, voice, likeness, and any recorded content for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be featured, you must notify RIXX Eyewear immediately upon contact. In this case, RIXX Eyewear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Standard returns and exchanges apply to all orders.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If your order has already been fully refunded through this promotion, you are not eligible for an additional refund but may still request an exchange (subject to policy).

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

RIXX Eyewear reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any order deemed fraudulent or manipulative.
RIXX Eyewear may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
RIXX Eyewear’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

To the extent permitted by law, RIXX Eyewear is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion.
