1. Random Refund Giveaway

• Over this 10-day period, 5 orders will be randomly selected to receive a full refund.

• If selected, you’ll be notified via phone call or email, and your payment will be refunded in full.

• You will still receive and keep your order — it’s on us.

2. Content & Confidentiality

• If you are selected as a refund winner, your phone call may be recorded and used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, email, and web content.

• By accepting the refund, you grant RIXX Eyewear the right to use your name, voice, and likeness in promotional content.

• If you do not wish to be featured publicly, please notify us immediately upon contact — we will honour your request and choose an alternative winner.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• All customers may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided products are unused and in original condition.

• Refunds will not be issued for returned items — only exchanges or store credit.

• If your order has already been fully refunded through the giveaway, you cannot receive a second refund, but are still welcome to exchange your product.

4. Final Sale Items

• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
