RIXX EYEWEAR – GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion Overview
The RIXX Eyewear Golden Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by RIXX Eyewear Pty Ltd (ABN 17 612 310 362) (“Promoter”). Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is a free giveaway and not a lottery or gambling activity. It is designed purely as a fun promotional reward for customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM (AWST) on 12 November 2025 until 11:59 PM (AWST) on 15 November 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

Open to Australian and international customers aged 18 years or older.
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of RIXX Eyewear are not eligible to claim prizes.
The Promotion applies to purchases made through rixxeyewear.com.au during the Promotion Period.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

One (1) Golden Ticket has been randomly placed among RIXX Eyewear orders shipped during the Promotion Period.
Customers who receive a Golden Ticket are eligible to claim the major prize as described below.
No entry fee or additional purchase is required beyond the qualifying sunglasses order.

Prize
The winner will receive five (5) pairs of RIXX Eyewear sunglasses of their choice, valued at over $1,000 AUD in total.

Prize Conditions

The Golden Ticket winner must contact RIXX Eyewear within seven (7) days of receiving their order to claim the prize.
To claim, the winner must email info@rixxeyewear.com.au with a clear photo of the Golden Ticket, their name, order number, and proof of purchase.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
The Golden Ticket must be original and undamaged to be valid.
RIXX Eyewear reserves the right to verify any claim and may request proof of purchase and identification.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Golden Tickets will not be replaced.
Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions

This Promotion is not a lottery, sweepstake, or gambling activity. It is a promotional giveaway designed to reward customers through chance-based fun.
RIXX Eyewear is not responsible for any printing errors, lost or damaged mail, or technical issues beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
By participating, entrants consent to their name, image, and/or content being used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, RIXX Eyewear will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participating in this Promotion or using a prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable for any reason.
