RIXX Eyewear Hotel Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of RIXX Eyewear, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

• Proof of age may be required prior to awarding the prize.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must place an order via https://rixxeyewear.com.au during the promotional period.

• Each completed order constitutes one (1) automatic entry into the giveaway.

• Multiple orders are permitted and will be counted as separate entries.

• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will be deemed invalid.

• By placing an order, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

• Opens: 12:00am AWST Friday, 20 March 2026

• Closes: 11:59pm AWST Sunday, 22 March 2026 (72-hour period)

• Entries outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 AUD hotel voucher via Hotelgift.com.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• RIXX Eyewear is not responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the voucher.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place within 3 business days of the promotion closing.

• The winner will be notified via the email provided at checkout.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, RIXX Eyewear reserves the right to redraw.

• The winner must confirm eligibility prior to receiving the prize.

6. Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to RIXX Eyewear collecting and using personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion.

• RIXX Eyewear may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
