1. Eligibility
• To enter the RIXX Eyewear Summer Prize Pack Giveaway, participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Entry is open only to residents of Australia. Employees of RIXX Eyewear, their families, and any third parties directly associated with the giveaway are ineligible to enter.
• Proof of age verification (government-issued ID) will be required before dispatching the prize if the winner is under verification scrutiny. Failure to provide valid proof of age will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
2. How to Enter
• Entry into the giveaway is available through the sign-up form accessible via the pop-up on the RIXX Eyewear website (https://rixxeyewear.com.au/pages/black-friday-giveaway).
• By entering the giveaway, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries or sign-ups under multiple email addresses by a single person will result in disqualification.
3. Giveaway Period
• The giveaway opens on November 12th and closes on December 2nd. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prize
• The Summer Prize Pack includes:
• A carton of vodka &,
• RIXX satchel bag,
• RIXX cap,
• RIXX passport holder and luggage tag,
• RIXX carabiner,
• RIXX incense holder, and
• 2 x pairs RIXX socks.
• All items are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If any part of the prize is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of RIXX Eyewear, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on December 2nd.
• The winner will be contacted via the email provided during sign-up. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours of the initial notification, RIXX Eyewear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner must confirm they are 18 years or older before receiving the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

• By entering the giveaway, you consent to RIXX Eyewear collecting and processing your personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

2. Liability
• RIXX Eyewear will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where this is due to RIXX Eyewear’s negligence.
• Participants agree to release RIXX Eyewear from any liability related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the giveaway.
3. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
