Split lenses

Bought the Champagne Melrose and the lenses have split leaving a bubble effect, very disappointed as I do love these glasses. Shame.

They don’t fit

I have had 4 pairs before these pairs and all fit,
These feel like they are cheap and small/narrow. When asked for help they told me they are ok but when I put my other pair on they don’t dig into my head. Told me they will stretch but the old pairs didn’t need to.
